COOKIE POLICY

This information is provided pursuant to articles 13 and 122 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree 196/03, the so-called " Privacy Code ") and the current provisions of the Privacy Guarantor regarding Cookies and other Tracking Tools (as defined below ), to those who connect to this website (hereinafter the " Site ") managed by ASIAN FAKE Srl, in the person of the legal representative pro tempore, with headquarters in 20124 Milan, Viale Tunisia 39 (VAT number 09637560963). (“ Owner ”) in relation to the use of cookies.

General information on Tracking Tools

The tracking tools (“ Tracking Tools ”) are divided into two macro categories:

  • Cookies;
  • Other Tracking Tools.

Cookies (“ Cookies ”) are small strings of text - which may include personal data (e.g. IP address, username, email address etc.) and technical information (e.g. language settings, device type ) - which the visited sites send to the user's terminal (personal computer or mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone), where they are stored (e.g. within the browser memory), to then be re-transmitted to the same sites on your next visit.

Cookies are used to carry out functions, such as computer authentication, session monitoring and the storage of information on sites (without the use of Cookies some operations would be very complex or impossible to perform), also with reference to the identification preferences based on your browsing experience. While browsing a Website, the User may also receive Cookies on his terminal which are managed and sent by different sites or web servers (so-called " Third Parties "), on which some elements may reside (such as, for example , images, maps, sounds, specific links to pages of other domains) present on the Website that the same is visiting.

There are also other tracking tools (e.g. the so-called "Fingerprinting", "Pixel Tag" etc.) which, although using a different technology, allow processing similar to those carried out through Cookies and achieving the same results (the “ Other Tracking Tools ”). These tools, unlike Cookies, do not store information within the user's device and cannot be removed directly by the user via browser settings; it is therefore necessary for the user to make use of the right to revoke the authorization for their use through the functions made available on the Site by the Owner to review their choices.

The Tracking Tools used by this Site

  1. A) Cookies with technical purposes

Cookies with technical purposes (" Technical Cookies ") allow for easier use of the Site and easier retrieval of information, simplifying the connection and transmission of data between the user and the Site.

They are defined by the Provision of 8 May 2014 of the Privacy Guarantor, as those used for the sole purpose of " carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an explicitly requested information society service by the subscriber or user to provide this service " (see art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Privacy Code).

This Site uses some Technical Cookies for the purpose of guaranteeing the proper functioning of the Website (e.g. allowing access to reserved areas without the need to continuously repeat the authentication procedure) or personalizing the user experience.

Without the use of these Cookies, some services of the Site may not be accessible, displayed correctly or function in a non-optimal manner (e.g. by deleting the Cookie that stores the information necessary for authentication, the user will have to re-enter their credentials at the next login). Functionality, preference and localization Cookies may also be used which allow the behavior and appearance of the Website to be modified (e.g. preferred language, text or font size, geographical area in which the User is located), the absence of which does not affect navigation on the Website, but makes it less efficient and functional.

The so-called Technical Cookies are assimilated to Technical Cookies. Third Party Analytical Cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) where used directly by the Owner to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the Site itself.

The user's prior consent is not required for the installation of Technical Cookies .

In any case, the user is informed that the installation of these Technical Cookies can be blocked through the browser settings (see the "Settings" section of this policy ).

However, preventive blocking and/or removal of some Technical Cookies could make the browsing experience less satisfactory and, in some cases, could make some of the Site's services unusable.

  1. B) Cookies with a non-technical function

These are tools used to trace certain, specific and recurring behaviors or activities in the use of the Site's functions to specific subjects, in order to associate the different profiles with homogeneous groupings, in order to optimize and personalize the services offered and/or send messages advertising in line with the preferences expressed by the user when browsing the internet. This also includes all additional Cookies and other tracking identifiers that are outside the scope of the technical function.

The installation of these Cookies always requires the user's consent.

This site does not use cookies with non-technical functions.

Management of cookies on different browsers

The user is informed that he can authorize, block or delete (in whole or in part) cookies through the specific functions of his browser or through additional third-party components.

However, deactivating the Site's Technical Cookies could mean that some services or features of the Site will not be available or may not function properly (e.g. the Site may require the user to enter certain data or information each time the Site is accessed).

For further information on how to set preferences on the use of cookies through your browser, see the following instructions:

List of types of Cookies present on the Site

DOMAIN

SCOPE

Shopify

By default, Shopify generates two types of cookies. Session cookies are generated when a user accesses a Shopify site. These cookies contain a user's authentication details and settings for the admin area interface. Login cookies in Shopify expire every 15 days. Comments cookies instead allow Shopify to automatically fill in fields such as username, email and URL when the user subsequently accesses the site

Google Analytics (version 4)

These cookies allow the Site to store information and create statistics on visits made by users.

Social Network Cookies

These are third-party cookies generated by "social plugins" for social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, etc. These plugins are represented by buttons displayed on the host site which do not function automatically, but transmit information through cookies only following an action (a click) by the user. The button remains active until the user decides to disable it, or delete the relevant cookie. Once activated, the social network concerned may collect data, regardless of whether the button is actually used. If, at the same time, the user is logged in to the social network, the latter can link the visit to the site containing the plugin to the user's account on the social network itself. To avoid this connection, the user must disable access to the social network before activating the button.

These plugins have the main purpose of allowing the sharing of content on social networks. This site has no influence on the purposes of processing the data collected by the aforementioned third parties through the plugins in question.

Since these are third-party cookies, therefore, their use is governed by the rules established by the owner social networks and, therefore, to manage or disable these cookies, users must read the privacy information and indications published on the websites of these third parties. .
